Tummy Tuesday 11 Weeks

11 Weeks

We got to see our little nugget again this week. We decided to do the early pre-natal screening which includes an ultrasound and blood draw. It is crazy to think just a mere 4 weeks ago he/she was just a blob, and now you can really distinguish body parts. It's a real baby in there!

His/Her hands are fully formed, and will soon open and close into fist. We got a picture of 5 fully developed fingers (next to a sweet alien face)

How amazing is that? How incredible is our God? In 9 short weeks, He has created this!

For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. Psalm 139:13

Baby #3 is almost fully formed, at just over 1 1/2 inches. As we saw on the ultrasound he/she is already busy kicking and stretching- this kid is going to be a mover and shaker that's for sure. It was hard for the tech to get the correct pictures/measurements she needed- stubborn little booger!

We should get the results from the lab by the end of the week, which hopefully include gender!

As for momma, I am feeling a little better. There is a light at the end of the tunnel! With the girls I felt sick until about 16 weeks, and overnight it just went away. This time the "puny-ness"  progressively got worse and is now easing up. Hopefully by next week we will know gender!
